Our guesthouse lies directly besides the sea, only 5 minutes by foot from the village’s center of Kala Nera with shops, tavernas, cafes and supermarkets etc. It's surrounded from a big garden with old shady plane-trees and combines the traditional Pelion style with modern functionality. Each one of these spaces has its own veranda, while the kitchens of all are furnished and equipped to the last detail. Free parking behind our house.

The Maisonettes/Apartments are all with private bathroom and toilette, kitchen or kitchenette, television, air condition and central heating, radio, desk, balcony or terrace with table and chairs.
The Double/Twins are with private bathroom and toilette, fridge and items, television, air condition and central heating, terrace with table and chairs.
Every room-types has its own terrace or balcony.
Every apartment/maisonette has a living room with sleeping-couch/ and kitchen/kitchenette and one separate bed-room for two persons.
All room-types have air condition and central heating.
Every room is tiled.
Towels and covers for beds are included.
Water, heating and cleaning of the room at your arrival and departure are included.
The kitchens/kitchenettes are completely furnished with fridge, cooking cell and items.
The rates are per room and per day.
Children are very welcome. Kids until 3 years are free for paying for a baby-bed. Children there are older than 3 years or adults will pay 10,00 € per day and per person for a extra bed. This is only available at the apartments or maisonettes. Please contact us early enough for that.
- If requested, we offer you a late-arrival-starterpacket = We'll refill your fridge, to make your arrival so comfortable as we can. This service is not included at the rates. Please contact us early enough for this service.
