This is a very impressive and luxurious single storey detached villa situated in a quiet area, however only fifteen minuets away is Pattaya with all of its attractions:- golf,shows,shops,bars,
restaurants,beach road and of course the famous Walking street.
There are at least twenty golf courses within forty minutes drive, suitable for both high and low handicap players, international hospitals and schools are only twenty minutes away.
Access to the main motorway system for Thailand takes only ten minutes so the Bangkok international airport is easily reached within ninety minutes.
For those who just want to "lay back and enjoy",the closest beach is just ten minutes away and if that is not suitable then beaches run for miles in either direction and the islands are easily reached.
The accommodation consisting of a very large lounge, three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms,office, kitchen with separate laundry room, guest room with en suite bathroom, exercise/barbecue area, pool bathroom and your own bar and seating areas next to the pool with its Jacuzzi and swim up seating.
Loafing under the built in 'umbrella' makes it very difficult to move away from the villa indeed.
The landscaped gardens have sprinklers fitted, along with hose points and up lighting, water is filtered bore hole and mains. A remotely operated gate gives access from the drive and opens onto a large block paved area with car port which connects to the villa entrance.
A separate maids quarters, which could be used for an additional guest room if required, overlooks the gate,it has a separate garden with vegetables, bananas, papaya and various other fruit trees.
The perimeter walls and villa exterior have sensor controlled lighting,all doors and windows have security screens and the villa has a security system.
