Baan Petite Sirene Bed and Breakfast is situated at the end of Sukhumvit Road (Road National No. 3) at Laem Ngob Village, Trat. Our place is surrounded with the islands belonging to the Koh Chang Marine National Park and has three main piers servicing the islands such as Koh Kood, Koh Mak, Koh Wai or Koh Chang by speed boat or rent the boat for your own trip.
The Memorial of Battle Naval at Koh Chang is located in Leamngob as well. This site commemorates the naval battle between French and Thai Marine on 17 January 1941 which Thai Marine celebrates every year.
Trat airport is about 22km from Baan Petite Sirene and it is direct and faster voyage from Suwannaphumi Airport Bangkok to Laemngob. The Immigration Office Laemngob is 200m from us which convenience for you to extend your visa from one month to three months or more.
Laem Ngob Village is a fishing village so you will found many fresh seafood restaurants, markets so you can buy direct from the fisherman local products, including dried shrimps, shrimp paste and fish sauce.
There are Black Sand (Limonite) Beaches and Mangrove Forests from Laem Ngob Village along to Nam Chiao Village which you can visit it everyday in many sites. Laemngob is still a small town, far away from noise and pollution, full of natural character as well as the people here.
