Cash deposit required on all rentals and two week stays. Monthly rentals require $500 deposit. Full payment is due within 30 days of your arrival date. tax is 11.42%. . Maximum occupancy is 12 people per unit. For less than 7 nights, we charge a nominal $65 cleaning fee. For rental stays over 25 days add $65 for a mid stay cleaning fee. (rental rates subject to change without notice)

Balance for December-March bookings is due 60 days prior to arrival!
