Fleur-de-lys

From thegoodaccommodationguide.com in Manche, France

Although our cottage is set in a rural and tranquil area of Normandy, we are still close to many attractions, for example Le Mont St Michel can be seen very clearly from outside the cottage. The view of the Mont is very impressive by day and also by night, as it is illuminated. This is the most visited tourist attraction in France after Paris. It is an ideal location for cycling, walking, visiting the local attractions, or simply relaxing inside or outside on the large patio area.

At the end of our road there is small hotel - Auberge de la Baie - where you can enjoy a wonderful meal. A little further afield you can choose from a number of restaurants. There are several beaches within 40 minutes, ie Cancale (famous for it Mussels), St Malo, Granville, etc. The nearest supermarket and cashpoint is about 1km away.

The roads in France are excellent, and our place can easily be found from the nearest ports of St Malo (35 minutes), or Caen (1.1/4 hours), Le Havre (2.1/2 hours).
