The Valley of the Beautiful Women, a valley on the southern edge of the city with numerous wine cellars cut into the cliff

Region
Eger is situated at the Southern foot of the Bükk mountains, the largest national park in Hungary. This is full of beautiful forests, karst formations and caves which were once inhabited by pre historic man. For horse lovers, at the village of Szilvásvárad the world famouse Lipicai horses are bred, for you can to go trecking through the mountains. There is also an adventure park for those keen on extremem sports.

How to get there
From Budapest Take the M3 East via Miskolc, and turn off at Füzesabony
Alternatively, we can pick also you up at the airport if you wish.
